Mario Fraioli is a Bay Area-based running coach who has guided athletes to personal bests, Boston Marathon qualifying times, national championship wins, Olympic Trials appearances, international podiums, world championship teams, national records, and even the Olympic Games. He's the former senior editor at Competitor magazine
Fiona Hayvice is a talented self-taught ultrarunner from New Zealand. Despite relatively short competitive career, she has a long list of significant achievements including a win at the Tarawera Ultra 102K. Fiona also placed multiple times top 5 in highly competitive ultra races. In 2017, she ran very strong at the Western State 100 and placed 5th.
Meredith June Edwards
Meredith is a mountain endurance athlete. She is a Pennsylvania native who has spent the last 10 years living in Jackson, WY. Edwards has recently moved to Durango CO to train full time as a professional athlete with partner Jason Schlarb
Megan initially fell in love with running as an over-energized four year old who loved to run laps around the neighborhood for fun. She played field hockey collegiately and then returned to her running roots by taking an extra year to run track at Duke. While on the track, she kept eyeing her best friend’s (then boyfriend’s, then husband’s) pursuits on the trail.
David started running cross country and track competitively at about age 9. After college, he decided to combine his love of the outdoors and love of running by doing a trail race. After a few good performances, he was signed by the newly formed Nike Trail Team.
Mark started running after his successful college and post-collegiate soccer career came to an end. Prior to 2018, he found success at sub-ultra distance trail racing. While still relatively inexperienced in the sport, Mark Bottenhorn burst onto the ultra running scene with a 3: 34 course record in his Ultra Running debut at the Hellcat 50k in January of 2018.
