2.PRINCIPLES OF PURCHASING
2.1. The basic condition for the realization of purchases is to properly fill out the order form on page www.myspringenergy.eu, the choice of payment method and submit the order.
2.2. Acceptance by the online store of each order placed is confirmed by e-mail or phone by the store service. The sales contract is reached when the order is confirmed by a MySpringEnergy employee or via email.
2.3. Sending the order, the Purchaser declares that he is familiar with the contents of the Rules of the store.
2.4. MySpringEnergy reserves the right to reject incorrect or partially completed order forms.
2.5. Orders in the myspringenergy.eu online store are only available in European Union. The offer of the online shop myspringenergy.eu is valid only in the European Union.
2.6. Prices in the myspringenergy.eu online shop are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
2.7. MySpringEnergy who runs the online store, issues a sales document that is a receipt or a VAT invoice. Delivery costs will be reflected in the prices of goods in accordance with the valid price list.
2.8. To facilitate and streamline the buying process through the myspringenergy.eu website, the e-mail correspondence is maintained between the customer and the store. Within this correspondence, the buyer will receive the e-mail address of the products ordered by him, the chosen method of payment and delivery, the recipient's data, the order number.
2.9. The order will be executed, provided that the product is in stock or supplier’s store. In the case of unavailability of the goods covered by the order, the customer is informed about the status of the order and decides on the method of its implementation (partial realization, extension of waiting time, cancellation of the whole order).
3.CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
3.1. The ordering party may choose the following forms of delivery of the ordered goods:
- Delivery via courier to the indicated address.
3.2. MySpringEnergy will attempt to process your order within 48 working hours at the latest from the ordering date. This term may be extended for large quantities of orders.

3.4. When the payment is made by bank transfer, the goods are sent to the Ordering Party when the appropriate funds are deposited into the MySpringEnergy account.
3.5. Liability for damaged goods during shipment lies with the carrier. The condition for considering a possible complaint against the carrier is to write down in the presence of a carrier employee a "complaint protocol"
3.6. If the delivered shipment is damaged, the Purchaser shall have the right not to accept it, and should immediately notify the company MySpringEnergy by phone or via e-mail.
3.7. The cost of delivery is specified in the cost table.
3.8. Order will be canceled when:
- the transfer is not be paid within 7 days of making a purchase at the appropriate amount or
- The shipment is not picked up from the courier or
4.WARRANTIES and COMPLAINS
4.1. If the Purchaser finds a hidden defect or damage to the goods, he should contact immediately to determine the further course of the proceeding. The basis for the complaint is proof of purchase. We do not accept any shipments sent COD.
4.2. Complaints are considered no later than within 14 days of receipt by the store.
4.3. In case of justified complaint, damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another, and if this is not possible (for example, due to depletion of the goods), the store will refund the price equivalent of the product to the buyer or offer other goods available at the store. The complaint should contain a description of the defect of the goods.
4.4. Costs related to the return of the complained goods, the store returns after a positive consideration of the complaint.
4.5. The consumer buyer has the opportunity to take advantage of the out-of-court way of handling complaints and claims under the Permanent Consumer Court by the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection. 5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. Within 14 days of receiving the purchased item, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In this case, the Seller will return all payment received from the Buyer. In order to withdraw from the contract concluded, you must submit a relevant statement of will to the Seller by e-mail: email@example.com. The buyer may use the withdrawal formula given below. The shipment should be sent to the address of the company.
5.2. The example of the withdrawal declaration (this statement must be completed and returned only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

5.3. In case of withdrawal from the Agreement Seller shall not bear the cost of returning the goods. The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in respect of contracts:
- Where the subject matter is a thing that is quickly spoiled or has a short shelf life;
- when the package is opened, it cannot be returned for health or hygiene purposes if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
5.4. The Seller is obliged to deliver the item without defects, except for the defects indicated in the offer.
6.1. To any matters not regulated herein, applicable laws shall apply. Any disputes, if the Consumer expresses their willingness to do so, shall be resolved through mediation or by an arbitration court. The court having jurisdiction over the place and matter shall be the ultimate solution.
